Return Policy

If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or has a factory defect;
  • The customer must notify the company of the issue within 24 hours of purchase;
  • The notification must be made via email or social media, and should clearly describe the nature of the defect in as much detail as possible;
  • The returned product must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

Please note that:

  • Returns will not be accepted if the damage was caused by improper use;

After confirmation by the company, the customer will receive a full refund or a replacement product.
